Erik Simins is a two-time founder of both Workwolf Inc. and MAGNUS HRS.

He is a subject matter expert in start-ups, the employment market, and healthcare and has a passion for building high performance teams, profitable businesses, and securing strong market positions from scratch.

He has presented to audiences on talent acquisition, human resources, technology innovation, and employee performance across Canada and the United States, as well as internationally, speaking at conferences in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and several other countries.

He was recently invited to consult directly with the Premier of Bermuda when presenting Workwolf’s distributed ledger credentialing application throughout the Caribbean.

He’s also a dedicated husband and father of two young, wonderful children.

He’s won awards in innovating blockchain technology, automating recruitment, and his entrepreneurship.
